This notice describes what the inquiry form collects, how the information is handled, and how to make a privacy request.
What the inquiry form collects.
Name, company, email, and message are all optional. The form also creates a submission identifier and records the time received, private data-quality flags, and notification status so Grayhackle can manage the inquiry without creating duplicates.
Do not submit sensitive information through the inquiry form. A short description of the operating question is enough to begin.
How the inquiry moves.
The site and inquiry system use Cloudflare Pages, Turnstile, D1, Queues, Workers, and Email to receive the form, screen automated submissions, store useful inquiries, and notify Grayhackle. Cloudflare processes requests as the infrastructure provider for these functions.
The application does not store raw IP addresses, user agents, browser fingerprints, or Turnstile tokens in the inquiry record.
Why the information is used.
Submitted information is used to respond to the inquiry, consider potential work, manage related communication, and operate and secure the inquiry system.
This site runs without analytics, advertising pixels, or a mailing list. Inquiry information is not sold or used for automated sales sequences.
Records are managed manually.
Inquiry records are reviewed and deleted manually when they are no longer needed to respond, manage an ongoing business relationship, or preserve a legitimate legal, security, or business record. There is no fixed automatic deletion schedule.
Use the contact form to request access, correction, or deletion. Include a usable email address and write “privacy request” in the optional message so Grayhackle can locate the record and respond. Additional information may be needed to confirm the request concerns your information.
